Question 1

What do I need to submit a clip?

Accepted Answer

Choose a channel, paste a clip link from Twitch, YouTube, Twitter/X, Kick, Reddit, TikTok, Streamable, or Medal, then add a short title and your gamertag. You can add a note up to 140 characters. You must also confirm the consent statement so the channel can credit your clip. No account is required to submit.

Question 2

How long does clip approval take?

Accepted Answer

Your submission enters the channel owner’s Pending queue. ClipVault does not set a fixed approval time; timing varies by the channel owner. We email you when it is reviewed, and your status link shows whether it is Pending, Approved, or Rejected.

Question 3

How do I track my submission?

Accepted Answer

After submission, ClipVault gives you a no-login status link such as /s/[token]. Bookmark that link to check your submission status. It is the status-sharing link for your clip, not a promise of separate campaign click tracking.

Question 4

How does channel ownership work?

Accepted Answer

A channel owner signs up, creates a public ClipVault channel page, and manages its profile from the owner dashboard. Contributors can submit without an account; the authenticated channel owner reviews each submission and decides whether to approve or reject it.

Question 5

What view analytics are available?

Accepted Answer

Channel owners can see recorded public views for their channel page and clip status links in the Analytics dashboard. It shows totals plus daily activity for the latest 30 UTC days, with an inclusive UTC date-range filter. If nothing has been viewed yet, the dashboard shows “No views yet”.

Question 6

What does Featured channel status mean?

Accepted Answer

A channel is Featured while its stored Featured-until time is still in the future, and the directory displays that status while it is active. The current ClipVault flow offers Featured at $5 USD per month; a verified payment grants a 30-day Featured window, and the owner dashboard shows the expiry. ClipVault does not currently publish a separate eligibility or review cadence.
